Job summary

Fortmindz in Kolkata is seeking a talented Business Developer to join our team. You will drive growth by bidding on Upwork, writing winning proposals, and managing client communications to win new accounts.

You will lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiations to close deals, while updating the CRM and helping us hit monthly sales and revenue targets. Experience in freelancing platforms and strong communication skills are preferred; Provident Fund and ESI benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Bid on Upwork and write compelling proposals.
• Coordinate with clients through the sales cycle.
• Generate leads and manage the pipeline to closure.
• Interact with clients to understand requirements and negotiate terms.
• Close deals and ensure successful onboarding and delivery.
• Update CRM with activity and status.
• Maintain relationship post-sale to foster repeat business.
• Work towards achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Contribute to strategy for client acquisition and growth.
