Prilix Labs is seeking an Online Bidder / Upwork Freelancer to identify, bid, and win projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other portals. You will write tailored proposals, communicate with clients to define scope, and collaborate with the tech team to prepare accurate timelines and estimates.

The role focuses on building a strong lead pipeline, achieving monthly targets, and leveraging IT services expertise to secure high-quality projects. Flexible remote/hybrid options offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as an online bidder or BD executive.
• Strong understanding of IT services (web development, mobile apps, UI/UX, SaaS, e-commerce, and custom software).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to write clear, convincing, and personalized proposals.
• Understanding of project budgeting, timelines, and client handling.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
