Creative AI in India is seeking an Online Bidder (BDE) to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will identify projects, prepare high-quality proposals, and convert leads into clients.

You will engage with international clients on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn, coordinating with technical teams to prepare estimates and ensure targets are met.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in online bidding/business development.
• Excellent communication and proposal-writing skills.
• Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of IT/software services.
• Strong negotiation, follow-up and client-handling skills.
