Airtel seeks a Lead Onboarding & Candidate Experience to own end-to-end onboarding from pre-joining to induction, shaping an exemplary new-hire experience.

You will drive group connects, deliver the 2-day induction, and partner with TA, HR, IT, Admin and business stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding delivery. The role emphasizes data-driven improvements, compliance, and a strong focus on employee experience.

Qualifications

• MBA or master's in psychology (full-time)
• 1–3 years total experience in onboarding, HR ops, or business partnering
• Strong communication, stakeholder and change-management skills

Responsibilities

Lead Onboarding & Candidate Experience

Role Summary

Lead end-to-end onboarding operations and new joiner experience initiatives, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires from pre-joining to induction.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and manage end-to-end onboarding and pre-onboarding activities.
• Lead and deliver the 2-day induction program for new joiners.
• Conduct various group connects, sessions around various functions & businesses during the onboarding
• Partner with TA, HR, IT, Admin, and business stakeholders for smooth onboarding delivery.
• Drive onboarding process improvements, automation, and employee experience initiatives.
• Track onboarding metrics, analyze insights, and drive continuous improvements.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements.
• Use data-driven insights to monitor onboarding effectiveness, report key metrics, and recommend actionable improvements to leadership.
