Job summary

Software Galaxy Systems (SGS Consulting) invites a proactive HR professional to join our Indore team as Onboarding Specialist. You will guide new hires through orientation, training, and integration, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.

You’ll collaborate with managers to design onboarding programs, monitor progress, and provide feedback to boost engagement, productivity, and retention from day one.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in HR or related field (freshers welcome).
• Strong communication skills with excellent verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively at an entry-level position requiring leadership skills.
• Excellent public speaking skills for presenting information to large groups.
