Job summary

Ipca in Vadodara, India, is seeking an IT support professional to monitor and maintain laboratory IT infrastructure, including servers, desktops, switches, and plant networks. The role covers CDS/NON CDS backup tasks, instrument data management, and coordination with external vendors.

You will manage user access for lab applications, ensure time synchronization for CDS and instruments, perform preventive maintenance, contribute to IT site and CSV master plans, and participate in IT audits,

• Monitor and maintain physical server hardware, desktop/laptop systems, local switches, and plant networks (LAN/WAN).
• Perform CDS, NONcds all server backup related task.
• coordination with outside vendors.
• User Management for all lab related applications, CDS, NOncds and instruments.
• Time synchronization lab related CDS & NON CDS and instruments.
• Preventive Maintenance for all IT related hardware, software and device.
• IT Site master plan and CSV master plan
• IT self audit, compliance ad QMA handling work.
• Helpdesk & ServiceDesk management.
