Job summary

Promea Therapeutics Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad seeks an IT Infrastructure Administrator to manage Windows Server, AD/DNS/DHCP, GPOs and access controls to ensure 24/7 operations. You will install and maintain Dell/HP servers, perform patching, monitoring, and security enforcement.

Role includes backup/DR with Commvault, Fortinet firewall configuration, and support for IIS/Exchange; CSV validation per GxP standards and collaboration with QA & business teams.

Qualifications

• Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP and GPOs in a 24x7 enterprise environment.
• Manage file and share permissions and access controls.
• Install, configure and maintain Dell/HP servers including firmware.
• Patching, health checks, performance and capacity monitoring.
• Backup and disaster recovery using Commvault.
• Configure Fortinet firewall and security policies.
• Support IIS, Exchange and other applications.
• GxP validation activities for CSV per 21 CFR Part 11/EU Annex 11/WHO/GAMP5.

Responsibilities

• Review URS, FAT, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ, risk assessments, and audit-trail reviews.
• Prepare and maintain IT infrastructure, validation, procedures, standards and compliance docs.

Job description

• Manage, configure, troubleshoot and maintain Windows Server infrastructure in a 24×7 enterprise environment.
• Administer Active Directory, Domains, Forests, Group Policies, DNS and DHCP, including replication troubleshooting.
• Manage user accounts, security groups, shared folders and file/share-level permissions.
• Install, configure and maintain Dell and HP physical servers, including firmware and hardware troubleshooting using iLO/OpenManage.
• Perform server patch management, health checks, performance monitoring, capacity management, and troubleshooting.
• Manage enterprise backup, restoration, and disaster recovery activities using Commvault and related tools.
• Configure and monitor Fortinet Firewall, antivirus/security policies and other infrastructure security controls.
• Provide infrastructure support for IIS, application servers, file/print services, Exchange, and other IT applications.
• Knowledge of managing Computer System Validation (CSV) activities for GxP computerized systems in accordance with 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, WHO requirements, and GAMP 5.
• Review and execute URS, FAT, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ, risk assessments, and audit-trail reviews, ensuring Data Integrity and validated state.
• Prepare and maintain IT infrastructure, validation, procedures, standards and compliance documentation, working closely with QA and business teams.
• Support and validate GxP applications, servers and computerized systems, ensuring availability, security, compliance and continuous improvement.
