Job summary

Stanford Laboratories is seeking an IT Operations Manager to oversee IT infrastructure, networks, and Windows Server environments. You will ensure 24x7 uptime, implement security policies, lead a team of IT professionals, coordinate with vendors, and drive digital transformation across manufacturing and QC systems.

The role includes managing backups, system validations per GAMP 5, and ongoing maintenance of hardware, printers, and end-user computing environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT operations and infrastructure management.

• Experience with data security, policy development and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to plan and execute IT backup strategies.

• Familiarity with GAMP 5 and regulatory validation concepts.

Role & responsibilities

• (1). Manage the IT operations and infrastructure.
• (2). Oversee hardware and networking architecture, ensuring 24x7 uptime and security.
• (3). Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Servers and end-user computing environments.
• (4). Responsible for IT Administering and optimize computerized software systems to support business operations and manufacturing processes.
• (5). Responsible for implementation of computer system security policy.
• (6). Establish IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure data security and compliance.
• (7). Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT infrastructure support and solutions.
• (8). Lead a team of IT professionals and provide technical mentorship and leadership.
• (9). Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
• (10). Taking File server Backup on Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly basis.
• (11). Taking standalone application backup for QC Instrument and manufacturing PCs, SCADA systems.
• (12). Resolve LAN and WAN queries.
• (13). Maintaining Desktop and Laptop including hardware and software issues.
• (14). Installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of LaserJet/Inkjet, Bar code printers & Card Printers.
• (15). Installation and support for Win 11, Win 10, Win 8, Win 7, Server 2008, Server 2012, Server 2016 and Server 2022.
• (16). Restoration of Data on monthly, half yearly and Yearly basis on all QC instruments and manufacturing systems for verification.
• (17). Maintenance, creation, deletion and modification of User Accounts on all QC instruments.
• (18). Taking Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Half yearly and Yearly Backup of All QC Instruments.
• (19). Maintaining Inventory of all the assets basis.
• (20). Updating annexures of all SOP’s as per schedule.
• (21). Monthly Backup/ Archival of Manufacturing Equipment
• (22). User Management (ID creation/Deactivation/Password Reset)
• (23). Conduct system validation activities as per GAMP 5 and regulatory requirements
• (24). Prepared and Executed test scripts (IQ/OQ/PQ) for IT Infrastructure Validation
• Quality control and Manufacturing Equipment.
• (25). Handling EPABX system and Extension Number.
• (26). Support Production and Packing Instrument Machine Camera’s.
