Ipca in Wardha, Maharashtra, is seeking an IT professional to manage GMP-compliant computerized systems, support networks, and software tools across the site in a highly regulated environment, ensuring uptime, data integrity, and audit readiness.

You will coordinate with vendors and service providers for renewals, train users and junior engineers on software usage, ensure all CSOP and SOPs are followed, maintain log books, and identify IT risks to report to Corporate IT, sustaining smooth site

Qualifications

• Coordinating with vendors and service providers is essential.
• Training users and junior engineers on software is required.
• Ensuring IT calls and services are registered in servicedesk.
• Supporting inhouse and third-party software & instruments.
• Complying with CSOP and SOPs at the site.
• Maintaining logs and annexures for software per CSOPs/SOPs.
• Identifying and reporting IT risk to Corporate IT.

Responsabilités

• Providing support and training to users & junior engineers on software.
• Ensure all IT calls related to computerized systems, network and services are registered in servicedesk tool.
• Ensure to provide support for all inhouse and Third party software & Instruments.
• Communicate with site Heads & other function heads to ensure proper support of IT & new rollout.
• Ownership of administrative rights related to Gxp Computerized
• Ensure all systems/ instruments & equipment are in validate stage.
• Ensure all CSOP and SOP's are followed at Site.
• Maintaining log books & annexure for various software as laid down in respective CSOP's & SOP's.
• Identifying and reporting IT risk to Corporate IT.
