Qualifications

• 7+ years GI experience in agency/retail broking/dealership.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly topline targets.
• Diversify portfolio into motor, non-motor, health products for the location managed.
• Achieve business goals and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with team/VHs to ensure month-on-month targets are met.
• Monitor daily reports, MIS & other operational work pertaining to the branch.
• Monitor daily receipts, payments and other bank transactions.
• Process onboarding requests.
• Achieve overall GWP (Gross Written Premium).
• Maintain sustainable profitability.
• Maintain COR at budgeted levels.
• Minimize Loss & Cost of Acquisition (Combined Ratio).
• Ensure IRDAI licensing compliance.
• Handle a team of relationship managers.
• Train team on products, processes and USPs of the company.
• Resolve discrepancies raised by Underwriter and issue policies at branch level.
• Identify areas of improvement and new business opportunities through leads & networking.

Scope of work:

• Achieve monthly topline targets
