Qualifications

• Postgraduate education is required.
• 7+ years of experience in GI sales, agency and retail.
• Strong background in agency and retail sales, team leadership, channel management, and business development within the GI industry.

Responsibilities

• Achieving branch premium targets in line with the business plan.
• Allocate and monitor sales targets for Sales Managers in coordination with the State Head.
• Ensure adequate manpower to support business growth and target achievement.
• Drive the sales team to achieve and exceed assigned targets.
• Maintain an optimal product and channel mix to maximize profitability.
• Monitor acquisition costs and improve branch productivity.
• Track Sales Manager performance and business quality metrics.
• Provide market and competition insights to management.
• Coordinate with Underwriting, Operations, and Claims teams for seamless branch functioning
