Go Digit General Insurance seeks an Office Head to drive business from multiple verticals across a location in India. You will lead a team of relationship managers to achieve monthly topline targets and ensure a diversified portfolio including motor, non-motor, and health products.

You will monitor branch operations, MIS, and training on products, processes and USPs, while ensuring IRDAI compliance and sustainable profitability. Prior GI agency/retail broking experience is essential.

Qualificações

• 7+ years GI experience in agency/retail broking/dealership.
• Experience in driving cross-functional teams and branches.
• Proven ability to achieve revenue targets and manage costs.

Job Description

An Office Head is responsible primarily for driving business from different verticals in a location / region

Scope of work

• Achieve monthly topline targets
• Ensure diversification of portfolio into motor,non-motor, health products for the location they are managing
• Achieving business goals and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with team/VHs to ensure month onmonth completion of the targets set
• Monitoring daily reports, MIS & other operationalwork pertaining to the branch
• Monitoring daily receipts, payment and other banktransactions
• Processing onboarding requests
• Responsible for achieving overall GWP (GrossWritten Premium)
• Responsible for sustainable profitability
• Responsible to maintain COR at budgeted levels
• Combined Ratio- Minimizing Loss & Cost ofAcquisition
• Ensuring IRDAI compliance regarding licensing
• Handling a team of relationships managers.
• Ensure training team on products, process and USPsof Company
• Resolve the discrepancies raised by the Underwriterand issue policies at branch level.
• Identify the area of improvement & enhancingbusiness opportunity
• Responsible forexplorations & identification of new business avenues by way of businessleads & networking.

Professional Experience
