Roles include meeting daily targets, updating CRM records, and adapting to diverse accents/time zones. Graduates with strong English skills are preferred for this client-facing role in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Graduate or undergraduate degree.
• Excellent spoken English communication skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Experience in international BPO is an added advantage.
