Job summary

Firstsource is seeking an International Voice Process Customer Support Executive to handle inbound/outbound calls with international customers. You will resolve queries, provide product information, and ensure high customer satisfaction. The role requires English proficiency, good listening skills, and the ability to work in rotational/night shifts.

Location is Bengaluru with work from office. Prior BPO or customer support experience is advantageous, and CRM familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech/BSc or postgraduate degree required.
• Freshers not eligible; some experience preferred.
