Job summary

IntouchCX in Hyderabad is seeking an International Non-Voice Process Executive with at least 6 months of experience in non-voice processes. The role focuses on email and chat support with strong written and spoken English proficiency.

You will handle queries, provide timely resolutions, and maintain high quality and productivity while adhering to policies and shift rotations in a global BPO environment.
