Job summary

The Elite Job is seeking highly motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Non-Voice BPO Executives. This remote role is open to candidates located in Bangalore, with responsibilities spanning backend operations, chat and email support, and accurate data processing.

You will work with internal teams to resolve client issues, follow SOPs to meet SLAs, maintain confidentiality, and continuously update knowledge through training.

Qualifications

Experience

Working Hours

• 9-hour shift (including 1-hour break).

• Rotational shifts (including night shifts as per project requirements).

• 5 or 6 working days per week depending on project needs.
