Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic International BPO team. This is a fully remote, work-from-home opportunity, ideal for professionals based in Chennai or anywhere in India with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to international clients.

You will act as the first point of contact for our customers across the globe, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent support experience via voice, chat, or email channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions (voice, chat, and email) with professionalism and empathy.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions promptly and accurately.
• Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to ensure effective customer support.
• Document all interactions in the system accurately and follow up on open cases.
• Collaborate with internal departments to elevate and resolve complex issues.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to defined quality standards and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
• Ability to handle customers from different geographies and time zones.
• Comfortable using computers and basic software (CRM, Microsoft Office, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.

Experience

• 0 to 3 years of experience in customer support or BPO roles (international voice/chat/email support preferred).
• Freshers with excellent English communication are also welcome to apply.

Working Hours

• Rotational shifts (including night shifts to support global clients).
• 5 days working with 2 weekly offs (rotational).
• Flexibility to work during weekends and public holidays as per business requirements.

• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
• Familiarity with remote work tools (Zoom, Slack, G-Suite, etc.).
