As part of our growing remote team, you will handle inbound and outbound voice calls, resolve customer queries, and ensure an exceptional customer experience from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.




• Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns efficiently.




• Update customer records and document interactions in internal systems.




• Escalate complex queries to appropriate departments when necessary.




• Adhere to daily/weekly performance targets and quality standards.




• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or Tamil (other South Indian languages are a plus).

• Basic computer literacy and comfort using online platforms.




• Quiet, distraction-free home work environment with a reliable internet connection.

Experience:

• 0 to 2 years of experience in a BPO or customer service role preferred.




• Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Working Hours:

• Rotational shifts including day and night shifts.




• 6-day working week with 1 rotational weekly off.




• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays if required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Familiarity with CRM tools and call center software is an advantage.




• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.




• Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently.




• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
