You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and ensuring satisfaction through efficient and empathetic support via live chat.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately through live chat platforms.

• Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues while maintaining high service standards.

• Maintain a professional tone and provide a positive customer experience during all interactions.

• Accurately document all interactions and update customer records in internal systems.

• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues.

• Meet and exceed individual performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

• Stay updated with product knowledge, policy changes, and system updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent written English communication skills.

• Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 35-40 WPM preferred).
