Job Summary

As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of the company, responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving queries, and providing exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.

• Receive incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.

• Maintain detailed records of conversations and update customer information accurately.

• Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Follow communication scripts and adhere to company policies.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to call volume and conversions.

• Collaborate with team leaders and supervisors to improve performance and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and one or more regional languages (Hindi/Kannada/Tamil/Telugu preferred).

• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools).

• High level of self-motivation and confidence.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven setting.

Experience

• 0 to 2 years of experience in a BPO/Call Center/Customer Support role preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday, with Sunday off

• Flexible shift timings: Morning and Afternoon shifts available

• Total working hours: 8 hours per day (1-hour break included)
