Job summary

Experis in Pune seeks Non-Tech Recruiters to support the Talent Acquisition team. This onsite role requires working 5 days a week with alternate Saturdays at the BFDL office premises in Pune.

You will handle demand understanding, market intelligence, sourcing, screening, and end-to-end coordination including offers and onboarding. Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools is expected, with hands-on collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Recruit candidates for BFSI domain (non-tech)
• Experience with ATS and recruitment tools is beneficial
• Willingness to work onsite in Pune and align with 5-day work week
