Job summary

Experis in Pune (Kalyani Nagar) is hiring for non-IT recruiters with 3-5 years of BFSI domain experience. This is a full-time, office-based role with a 6-day work week. Excellent communication skills are essential, and immediate joiners are preferred.

You will handle demand understanding, sourcing, screening, coordination, offer management, onboarding support, documentation, and define KRAs while leveraging ATS and other recruitment tools.

Qualifications
