The role requires 3+ years IT recruitment experience, an MBA in HR, excellent communication, multitasking, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple openings and stakeholders.

• Communicate openly and in a timely manner throughout the candidate journey while ensuring the candidate needs are met.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, vendors, and internal teams while managing the recruitment process through placement

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria
• Source potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases, referrals and other online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks). Ensure utilization of all sourcing channels to build pipeline through both active and passive candidates and achieve required hiring demand.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screening to evaluate technical skills, experience, availability, and job fit.
• Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates and clients, and follow up on interview feedback and next steps.
• Communicate openly and in a timely manner throughout the candidate journey while ensuring the candidate needs are met.

Required Qualifications
