FlexTrade Systems is seeking a Technical Recruiter for our Pune team on a 6-month contract. You will deploy sourcing techniques, expand job portals reach, and drive end-to-end recruitment for technical roles within the Pune market.

You will line up candidates for drives, headhunt niche skills, manage vendor relationships, and maintain the ATS with timely updates. Prior IT recruitment and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a 360-process recruitment role (agency or in‑house).
• IT sector experience preferred.
• Coordinating/interview scheduling experience with strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Deploy sourcing techniques including social media and Boolean searches.
• Expand use of job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn to maximize recruitment reach.
• End-to-end recruitment for technical roles in Pune market.
• Line up candidates for drives and bulk recruitment.

• Manage relationships with multiple hiring vendors for timely, quality candidates.
• Upload test results and follow up for assessments.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers; provide feedback and updates.

FlexTrade is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our Pune team. The successful candidate will be energetic with excellent communication skills and have a real passion for recruitment.

This is a 6-month contract position and reviewed upon performance and requirements.

The role:

• Deploy various sourcing techniques including social media platforms and Boolean searches
• Expand the use of job portals such asNaukri, LinkedIn, etc. to maximize recruitment reach
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment for technical roles and well versed with Pune market.
• Lineup candidates for recruitment drives, accelerating hiring process for bulk recruitment needs
• Specialize in headhunting for niche skills, identify top-tier candidates for hard-to-fill roles
• Manage relationships with multiple hiring vendors, ensuring timely support and quality candidates for hard-to-fill positions
• Upload test results/ follow up for assessment reminders
• Booking telephone and face-to-face interview slots into hiring/line manager's diaries
• Provide thorough interview feedback and application updates to all candidates and line managers
• Maintain the ATS and ensure applications are processed in a timely manner and information kept up to date
• Ensure that all vacancies are kept on track with a steady flow of suitable candidates
• Attending career fairs and recruitment events
• Good to have experience from capital market domain
• In house recruitment/sourcing for lateral roles

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a 360-process recruitment role - can be agency or in-house background
• Experience will preferably be within the IT sector
• Experience of coordinating/organizing interviews and meetings efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
