Job summary

Deloitte Shared Services India is recruiting for a Talent Acquisition professional to manage hiring for designated business areas. The role involves partnering with stakeholders, maintaining compliance, and building robust candidate pipelines in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include dashboard preparation, candidate sourcing, offer negotiations, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process. This position is a 1-year contract on Randstad payroll in Delhi.

• Engage in candidate fitment based on internal parity
• Offer negotiation (Verbal) and sending formal offer letter
• Keep candidate warm with engagement till join and ensure best candidate experience
• Leverage pipeline through past applicants and potential candidates
• Lead, coach and develop peers and team members across talent acquisition

Work you'll do as part of the Talent Acquisition team of Deloitte India, you will be responsible for managing hiring for particular business.

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks). Ensure utilization of all sourcing channels to build pipeline through both active and passive candidates and achieve required hiring demand and productivity targets
• Communicate openly and in a timely manner throughout the candidate journey while ensuring the candidate needs are met.
• Ensure job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements are used
• Engaging in the Candidate fitment basis internal parity.
• Offer negotiation (Verbal) and sending formal offer letter.
• Keeping Candidate warm with various engagement till they join and ensure best candidate experience throughout the process.
