Job summary

Randstad Enterprise is seeking a Recruiter (Source and Screen) for US non IT experience based in Hyderabad and Pune. The role requires sourcing candidates from job boards and driving monthly hires with a strong emphasis on screening and presenting qualified candidates.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of US non IT recruiting experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a proactive work ethic. This is a full-time, on-site position with shift timings aligned to IST.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source candidates from job boards/Gr8 People/Indeed/LinkedIn and other sites.
• Meet the monthly hire goals.
• Screen prospective candidates and educate candidates on potential job opportunities.
• Submit qualified candidates to assigned job requirements.
• Update and track candidates in ATS/GR8 People in real time.
• Contact qualified candidates via phone, email, or web for all assigned job orders.
• Work all assigned job orders until covered.
• Attend daily/weekly req meetings.
• Establish relationships with consultants.
• Negotiate with candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent.
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly expectations.

Preferred Skills

- 2-4 years of US NON IT recruiting experience (Technology Staffing Industry/ Customer

service experience preferred)
