Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to collaborate with stakeholders, manage end-to-end recruitment, ensure compliance and confidentiality, and build strong candidate pipelines.

The role involves proactive sourcing, coordinating with hiring managers, creating recruitment dashboards, refining job descriptions, negotiating offers, and guiding peers in TA to deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with key stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities to improve experience, influence talent outcomes and generate results.

• Source potential candidates through online channels and build pipeline through active and passive candidates
• Communicate openly and in a timely manner throughout the candidate journey while ensuring the candidate needs are met.
• Ensure job descriptions and interview questions reflect position requirements
• Engage in candidate fitment based on internal parity
• Offer negotiation (verbal) and sending formal offer letter
• Keep candidate warm with engagement till joining and ensure best candidate experience
• Leverage pipeline through past applicants and potential candidates
• Lead, coach and develop peers and team members across talent acquisition.

• Ensure job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements are used
• Engaging in the Candidate fitment basis internal parity.
• Offer negotiation (Verbal) and sending formal offer letter.
• Keeping Candidate warm with various engagement till they join and ensure best candidate experience throughout the process.
• Leveraging the pipeline through past applicants and potential candidates
• Lead, coach and develop peers and team members across talent acquisition.
