Deloitte India is seeking an IT Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in Mumbai. You will manage hiring for the business, partner with stakeholders, and ensure a smooth candidate journey from sourcing to offer.

Responsibilities

• Partner with key stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities to improve experience, influence talent outcome and generate results.
• Maintain Compliance and confidentiality across the process.
• Preparation of recruitment dashboards
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria
• Source potential candidates through online channels and build pipeline to meet hiring demand and productivity targets
• Communicate openly and in a timely manner throughout the candidate journey while ensuring candidate needs are met.
• Ensure job descriptions and interview questions reflect each position's requirements
• Engaging in candidate fitment based on internal parity
• Offer negotiation (verbal) and sending formal offer letter
• Keep candidates warm with engagement until they join and ensure best candidate experience
• Leverage the pipeline from past applicants and potential candidates
• Lead, coach and develop peers and team members across talent acquisition

Work you'll do As part of the Talent Acquisition team of Deloitte India, you will be responsible for managing hiring for business.

Responsibilities

• Partner with key stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities to improve experience, influence talent outcome and generate results.
• Maintain Compliance and confidentiality across the process.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks). Ensure utilization of all sourcing channels to build pipeline through both active and passive candidates and achieve required hiring demand and productivity targets
• Communicate openly and in a timely manner throughout the candidate journey while ensuring the candidate needs are met.
• Ensure job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements are used
• Engaging in the Candidate fitment basis internal parity.
• Offer negotiation (Verbal) and sending formal offer letter.
• Keeping Candidate warm with various engagement till they join and ensure best candidate experience throughout the process
• Leveraging the pipeline through past applicants and potential candidates
• Lead, coach and develop peers and team members across talent acquisition.

Requirements

• MBA (HR) from reputed institute. experience in similar field
