ContactX Resource Management Pvt Ltd seeks a Non-IT Recruiter with sales hiring experience and work-from-home flexibility in Mumbai. Immediate joiner required to manage sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment for client mandates.

You will drive candidate pipelines, coordinate with clients, and ensure timely closures while maintaining performance trackers and MOMs after client calls. This role emphasizes fast onboarding and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in non-IT recruitment for sales roles.
• Daily submission of CVS to clients.
• Strong candidate screening and shortlisting skills.
• Ability to map profiles and assess fit.
• Build and maintain continuous candidate pipelines.
• Attend client calls and share MOM with stakeholders.
• Negotiate and close with clients and candidates.

Responsabilités

• Formulate a sourcing strategy and identify target talent pools.
• Minimum 6/7 CVs submitted to client daily.
• Aim for minimum 3/5 joiners per month.
• Weekly client calls with every client SPOC; prepare & share MOM with Client/Director Operations/Recruiters.
• Maintain client-wise position tracker (received date, actions taken, response time & status).
• Source potential candidates via job portals, networking sites, and new-age sourcing tools.
• Critical skills mapping, profile evaluation, shortlisting & candidate assessments.
• Rotate candidates effectively to ensure maximum conversions.
• Attend client review meetings, manage expectations, resolve recruitment challenges.
• Build continuous candidate pipeline for ongoing mandates.
• Maintain drive-wise / position-wise trackers to optimize efficiency & revenue.
• Full-cycle recruitment: Client & candidate management, negotiation, closure.
