ContactX Resource Management Pvt Ltd in Mumbai is seeking a dynamic Non-IT Recruiter with sales hiring experience for work-from-home roles. You will formulate sourcing strategies, shortlist, and manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple mandates, coordinating with clients and internal teams to deliver results.

Immediate joiner preferred. You will submit 6–7 CVs daily, aim for 3–5 joiners per month, participate in weekly client calls, maintain trackers, and build a strong candidate pipeline

Qualificações

• CV submission targets: 6–7 CVs daily.
• Experience in non-IT recruitment with sales hiring.
• Strong communication and client coordination skills.

Responsabilidades

• Formulate a sourcing strategy and identify target talent pools.
• Minimum 6/7 CVs submitted to client daily.
• Minimum 3/5 joiners per month.
• Weekly client calls with every client SPOC; prepare & share MOM.
• Maintain client-wise position trackers (received date, actions, response time).
• Source potential candidates via portals, networking sites, and sourcing tools.
• Critical skills mapping, profile evaluation, shortlisting & assessments.
• Rotate candidates to maximize conversions.
• Attend client review meetings and manage expectations.
• Build continuous candidate pipeline for ongoing mandates.
• Maintain drive-wise / position-wise trackers to optimize efficiency & revenue.
• Full-cycle recruitment: client & candidate management, negotiation, closure.
