Job summary

Anlage Infotech in Mumbai is looking for an HR recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for BFSI domain. You will call candidates, explain roles, schedule interviews and coordinate throughout the process.

The role requires sourcing on job portals, using Boolean and keyword search, and managing candidates from screening to offer. This hybrid position is located at Andheri, Mumbai, with immediate to 30 days notice.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, especially in BFSI or recruitment consultancy.
• Sourcing candidates via portals and using Boolean/keyword search.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for BFSI industry.
