Job summary

Manager End to End Recruitment Cycle

1. Sourcing Support: Help meet daily sourcing goals by searching for candidates across multiple platforms. Gain hands‑on experience using job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels to find candidates.
2. Candidate Engagement: Communicate with candidates, share feedback, and ensure a positive experience throughout the sourcing process.
3. Market & Industry Research: Gather and present market data and industry trends to inform recruiting strategies.
4. Diversity & Inclusion: Assist in sourcing diverse candidates and support the firm’s diversity goals.
5. Collaboration: Work with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job needs and participate in recruitment meetings.
6. Reporting: Track sourcing metrics and help prepare reports to evaluate and improve sourcing effectiveness.
