Detailed Job Description

As a NOC Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring network health, resolving incidents, managing escalations, and ensuring SLA compliance across complex network infrastructures. Depending on experience level, you will provide L1, L2, or L3 operational support for enterprise and telecom customers.
The role requires strong knowledge of IP networking, routing protocols, MPLS technologies, troubleshooting methodologies, and operational processes. You will work closely with field engineers, vendors, telecom operators, and internal engineering teams to deliver reliable and high-performing network services.
This position offers exposure to multi-vendor environments including Nokia, Cisco, Huawei, and MikroTik technologies.
