Detailed Job Description

As a Network Engineer (L1/L2), you will play a key role in supporting and maintaining enterprise network environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of critical network services. You will monitor network infrastructure, respond to alerts, troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues, and assist in the configuration and management of network devices. Working within the NOC team, you will collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and maintain operational excellence.
