Job summary

NIIT in India is seeking an urgent Voice & Accent Trainer for Gurgaon & Noida locations. This role focuses on improving pronunciation, articulation, tone, and professional communication across calls and chats, with hands-on coaching and on-floor enablement.

You will lead classroom sessions, conduct reviews, role plays, and leverage data trends to drive measurable improvements in AHT, CSAT, and FCR. Start ASAP with 5 days/10 hours per week shifts, 24x7 coverage preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in voice and accent training for corporate agents or call centers.

Responsibilities

• Improve pronunciation, articulation, grammar, tone, and professional communication across calls and chats.
• Enhance conversational skills through active listening, probing, and rapport building.
• Coach agents to handle difficult conversations with empathy and de-escalation.
• Improve call/chat efficiency, reduce repetitive explanations, and optimize AHT.
• Coach team leaders with simple frameworks to sustain on-floor skills.
• Conduct call/chat reviews and role-plays to reinforce learning.
• Use data trends (AHT, CSAT, QA, FCR) to design targeted interventions.
• Monitor impact on CSAT, AHT, QA and escalation rates.

Key Responsibilities

Voice & Written Communication: Improve pronunciation, articulation, grammar, tone, clarity and professional communication across calls and chats.

Conversational Skills: Build natural, confident and customer-friendly conversations through active listening, probing, acknowledgement, paraphrasing and rapport.

Difficult Conversations: Train agents to handle irate, emotional and challenging customers through empathy, de-escalation and expectation management.

Conversation Control: Help agents manage conversations efficiently, reduce repetition and unnecessary explanations, and improve AHT without impacting CSAT.

Chat Excellence: Improve chat structure, tone, personalization, response quality, grammar and ability to manage multiple conversations effectively.

Call/Chat Coaching: Conduct call/chat reviews, role plays and targeted 1:1 coaching based on actual customer interactions.

Data-Driven Training: Use AHT, CSAT, QA, DSAT and FCR trends to identify communication gaps and design focused interventions.

Impact Measurement: Track improvement in AHT, CSAT, QA, FCR and escalation rates post-training.

TL Enablement: Equip Team Leaders with simple coaching frameworks to sustain communication and conversational skills on the floor.
