Eligibility Criteria

Graduation Must

Min:3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre industry or related field.

Should be working as Voice and accent trainer currently

Strong knowledge of accent neutralization techniques and ability to apply them effectively during training sessions.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage learners and facilitate interactive discussions.

Proficiency in English language training methodologies such as TNA (Training Need Analysis), TNI (Training Needs Identification), and VNA (Virtual Needs Analysis).

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.

Should be flexible with shifts
