WSNE Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is inviting candidates for International Voice/Chat/Non Voice/Email processes in Customer Service / Healthcare. The role involves handling international calls/chats/emails from UK/US, using MS Office to log interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues while meeting AHT and SLA targets.

Freshers are welcome; night shifts are required. Location: Gurugram/Noida. Bachelors or higher graduates with strong English are preferred.

Role & responsibilities

• Handle international Calls/Chats from UK/US customers, providing exceptional customer service to resolve their queries and concerns.
• Process customer requests through various communication channels (phone, email, chat) in a timely and efficient manner.
• Utilize MS Office tools to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and elevate when necessary. Meet performance targets set by the company for AHT, Service Level Agreement (SLAs), and Quality Metrics. Role & responsibilities
• Strong communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in English language. Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel).
• Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts.

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate candidate with Good English can apply.

B-tech/BE graduate not eligible

Must be comfortable with working in night shifts.
