Tata Consultancy Services in Bangalore is seeking a Nexthink Administrator to operate the cloud platform, monitor health, and manage dashboards, investigations, campaigns, alerts, and reports.

You will implement automations with PowerShell and Bash, work with REST APIs, support ServiceNow integrations, and translate business needs into measurable digital experience metrics.

Excellent English communication and a Nexthink Administrator certification are required.

Competenze

• Hands-on Nexthink administration in enterprise environments.
• Experience configuring dashboards, investigations, campaigns, alerts and reports.
• Proficiency with PowerShell and Bash scripting for automations.
• Experience with REST API integrations and ServiceNow integrations.

• Translate business and operational requirements into relevant digital experience metrics and insights
• Develop, test, and maintain Nexthink automations and remediation actions
• Create and maintain remediation scripts using PowerShell and Bash
• Support approved extensions of Nexthink functionality using API based integrations
• Assist with integrations between Nexthink and ServiceNow or endpoint management platforms

• Working knowledge of PowerShell and Bash scripting
• Experience with extending platforms through REST API integrations
• Ability to translate business needs into measurable digital experience outcomes
• Basic understanding of ITSM concepts (incident and problem management)
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with guidance from senior team members
• Familiarity with data privacy/compliance considerations when designing investigations and reports.
