Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Bengaluru seeks a Nexthink Developer with 4–8 years of experience to design and maintain advanced user-experience analytics. You will build remote actions, dashboards and campaigns while integrating Nexthink with ServiceNow, SCCM and other IT tools.

Requires strong PowerShell scripting, NXQL proficiency, and cloud familiarity (AWS/Azure). collaboration with cross-functional teams for automation and UX improvements is essential.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience as a Nexthink developer or similar
• Strong in PowerShell with scalable Remote Actions
• Experience creating dashboards and NXQL queries for UX data
• Knowledge of integrating Nexthink with ITSM and monitoring tools
• Experience with automation workflows and campaigns using Nexthink
• Familiarity with Wintel, virtualization, RDP and network/system administration
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure or similar)
• Experience with API connectors and external system integrations

JD:

• Develop and maintain custom Remote Actions using PowerShell and Nexthink Act.
• Create interactive dashboards and NXQL queries to visualize and analyze user experience data.
• Build and deploy Nexthink campaigns to gather user feedback and drive engagement.
• Integrate Nexthink with other ITSM and monitoring tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SCCM).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation workflows and experience improvement initiatives.
• Analyze IT changes and proactively develop solutions to mitigate user experience risks.
• Work with Nexthink Modules: Deep experience with Act, Engage, and Portal.
• Scripting & Development: Strong in PowerShell with ability to write scalable Remote Actions.
• NXQL: Proficient in writing and optimizing queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Integration: Experience integrating Nexthink with external systems via APIs or connectors.
• IT Infrastructure Knowledge: Familiarity with Wintel, virtualization, RDP, and network/system administration.
• Cloud Platforms: Hands-on with AWS, Azure, or similar platforms.
