Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Nexthink Admin to manage the Nexthink cloud platform and Portal. The role requires hands-on administration, health monitoring, dashboards, and automation development to support digital experience insights.

You will configure dashboards, investigations, campaigns, alerts, and reports; analyze experience data for trends and degradation patterns; develop remediation actions in PowerShell and Bash, and assist with API-based

Qualifications

• Administer and operate the Nexthink cloud platform and Portal.
• Support Nexthink Collector deployment, updates, and ongoing health monitoring.
• Configure and maintain dashboards, investigations, campaigns, alerts, and reports.
• Analyze experience data to identify trends, recurring issues, and degradation patterns.
• Translate business and operational requirements into relevant digital experience metrics and insights.
• Develop, test, and maintain Nexthink automations and remediation actions.
• Create and maintain remediation scripts using PowerShell and Bash.
• Support approved extensions of Nexthink functionality using API based integrations.
• Assist with integrations between Nexthink and ServiceNow or endpoint management platforms.
