Qualifications

• 10–15 years of IT experience with hands-on Nexthink administration
• Experience as Nexthink Administrator/SME or EUC Analyst
• Strong expertise in Nexthink Platform Administration, Collector Management, and Investigations
• Hands-on experience with Nexthink Query Language (NQL) and dashboard creation
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, SCCM, and endpoint security
• Experience integrating Nexthink with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms
• Experience with large-scale agent deployments, upgrades, and troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Administer and govern the Nexthink cloud platform including user management and RBAC
• Configure SSO integrations with Entra ID/Active Directory
• Manage Nexthink Collector deployments using Intune, SCCM, GPO, or similar endpoint management tools
• Monitor collector health, endpoint coverage, platform performance, and version compliance
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports related to endpoint performance, application health, boot/login performance, and user experience
• Perform advanced investigations and trend analysis using Nexthink Query Language (NQL)
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to Service Desk, EUC, and business stakeholders
• Support proactive IT operations through automation and self-healing initiatives
• Integrate Nexthink with ServiceNow and other ITSM tools for incident enrichment, automated ticket creation, and root cause analysis
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfers for support teams and stakeholders
• Prepare executive-level monthly and quarterly DEX reports
• Support workplace transformation projects, M&A activities, and continuous improvement initiatives

Job Title: Nexthink Administrator

Location: Noida
Experience: 10-15 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and govern the Nexthink cloud platform, including user management, role-based access control, and domain configuration.
• Configure and maintain SSO integrations with Entra ID/Active Directory while ensuring compliance with enterprise security policies.
• Manage Nexthink Collector deployment across Windows and macOS endpoints using Intune, SCCM, GPO, or similar endpoint management tools.
• Monitor collector health, endpoint coverage, platform performance, and version compliance.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of overall IT experience with hands-on experience as a Nexthink Administrator, Nexthink SME, or EUC Analyst.
• Strong expertise in Nexthink Platform Administration, Collector Management, and Investigations.
• Hands-on experience with Nexthink Query Language (NQL) and dashboard creation.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, SCCM, and endpoint security.
• Experience with large-scale agent deployments, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Experience integrating Nexthink with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Digital Employee Experience (DEX) programs.
