Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of overall IT experience.
• 3+ years hands-on experience in Nexthink or similar endpoint analytics tools.
• Strong knowledge of Nexthink components: Collector, Engine, Portal, and NQL.
• Experience in ServiceNow integration, automation, data pipelines, and ITIL/ITSM.
• Exposure to AIOps, predictive analytics, and self-healing automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support the Nexthink platform (Collector, Engine, Portal).
• Manage endpoint data collection across applications, OS, devices, and user activities.
• Monitor and analyze endpoint performance indicators (CPU, memory, disk, app responsiveness).
• Use Nexthink analytics to identify device-health issues, performance trends, and user-experience problems.
• Measure and improve Digital Employee Experience (DEX) scores and end-user productivity.
• Develop Nexthink dashboards and reports for device health and user experience metrics.
• Create and deploy Nexthink Remote Actions for automated troubleshooting and remediation.
• Develop Nexthink queries using NQL for actionable insights.
• Integrate Nexthink with ServiceNow, automation platforms, APIs, scripts, and data pipelines.
• Work with Export API and data-lake integrations for scalable telemetry ingestion.
• Collaborate with AIOps and AI teams to enable anomaly detection and self-healing use cases.
• Perform root-cause analysis by correlating telemetry, logs, and user activity.
• Support Service Desk and IT Operations in diagnosing endpoint issues.
• Define best practices for data usage, retention, dashboards, security, and scalability.
• Translate requirements into Nexthink analytics and automation solutions.

• Implement, configure, and support the Nexthink platform, including Collector, Engine, and Portal components.
• Manage endpoint data collection across applications, operating systems, devices, and user activities.
• Monitor and analyze endpoint performance indicators, including CPU, memory, disk utilization, application responsiveness, crashes, and freezes.
• Use Nexthink analytics to identify device-health issues, performance trends, and potential user-experience problems.
• Measure and improve Digital Employee Experience (DEX) scores and end-user productivity.
• Develop Nexthink dashboards and reports for device health, endpoint performance, application experience, and user-experience metrics.
• Create and deploy Nexthink Remote Actions for automated troubleshooting, remediation, and one-click issue resolution.
• Develop Nexthink queries using Nexthink Query Language (NQL) to generate actionable operational insights.
• Integrate Nexthink with ServiceNow, automation platforms, APIs, scripts, and data pipelines.
• Work with the Nexthink Export API and data-lake integrations to support filtered, scalable, and near-real-time telemetry ingestion.
• Collaborate with AIOps and AI teams to enable anomaly detection, predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and self-healing use cases.
• Perform root-cause analysis by correlating endpoint telemetry, system logs, application behavior, user activity, and device-performance data.
• Support Service Desk and IT Operations teams in diagnosing and resolving endpoint issues.
• Define best practices for data usage, retention, dashboards, reporting, security, API limits, and platform scalability.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, platform teams, and automation teams to translate requirements into Nexthink analytics and automation solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

Preferred candidates should have 8 -10 years of overall IT experience, with 3+5 years of hands-on experience in Nexthink or similar endpoint analytics tools. Candidates must have strong knowledge of Nexthink Collector, Engine, Portal, NQL, dashboards, DEX analytics, endpoint monitoring, and Remote Actions. Experience with ServiceNow integration, APIs, PowerShell or Python, automation, data pipelines, ITSM/ITIL, and root-cause analysis is highly desirable. Exposure to AIOps, predictive analytics, and self-healing automation will be an added advantage.
