Job summary

Birlasoft is seeking a Nexthink Technical Lead-App Development to join our EuC automation team. You will administer Nexthink and Nanoheal platforms, design automation workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable IT solutions.

The role requires 4–8 years in automation development with Nexthink/Nanoheal, a CS/IT degree, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 4 to 8 years of experience in automation development with Nexthink/Nanoheal.
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms and tools including Nexthink.
• Knowledge of GenAI, ML, and NLP/NLU techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Nexthink and Nanoheal platforms, ensuring their optimal performance and integration with business processes.
• Implement configuration updates and develop workflows for end-user IT service desk functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and reliability of our systems, ensuring they meet business objectives.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to minimize downtime and improve system performance.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing automation solutions to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation technologies and incorporate them into the company's solutions.
