Job summary

SNS India is a leading cybersecurity company specializing in information security solutions with operations across 10+ locations in India. The role focuses on configuring, managing, and troubleshooting FortiGate Firewalls and Fortinet security tools in a hands-on operations environment.

You will monitor security infrastructure, implement firewall policies, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve incidents while following change-management processes.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in Network Security / Network Administration.
• Hands-on knowledge of FortiGate Firewall.
• Knowledge of FortiManager and FortiSwitch.
• Fortinet NSE certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot FortiGate Firewalls.
• Administer and manage FortiManager for centralized firewall management.
• Configure and troubleshoot FortiSwitch devices and related network connectivity.
• Monitor network security infrastructure and identify potential issues.
• Perform incident troubleshooting and resolve network/security-related issues.
• Implement firewall policies, routing, NAT, VPN, and security configurations as required.
• Maintain proper documentation of configurations, changes, and troubleshooting activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers for issue resolution and operational activities.
• Follow security and change-management processes while implementing network changes.
