Job summary

SNS India, a leading cybersecurity company, is seeking a network security professional to configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls and routing infrastructure. You will handle incident resolution, VPN configurations, and maintain documentation to support 24x7 operations.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience, familiarity with Fortigate/Checkpoint/Palo Alto, and a solid grasp of TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS/DHCP and NAT.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Network Security/Network Administration.
• Knowledge of Fortigate, Checkpoint or Palo Alto Firewalls.
• Good understanding of Routing and Switching.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, NAT and VPN.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to work in a support/operations environment.
• CCNA certification is an added advantage.
• Network security related certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Fortigate, Checkpoint, or Palo Alto Firewall and related security settings.
• Configure and troubleshoot routing and switching issues.
• Monitor network and security infrastructure and resolve incidents.
• Manage firewall policies, NAT, VPN and basic security configurations.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, routing and performance-related issues.
• Maintain technical documentation and troubleshooting records.
