Job summary

Secure Network Solutions India Private Limited seeks a security-focused engineer to install, configure and support Fortinet Firewalls in client environments. You will deploy FortiAnalyzer/ FortiManager and Fortinet SD-WAN, perform migrations, upgrades and health checks, and assist customers with expert recommendations.

You will provide on-site and remote support across Pune, diagnose security incidents, coordinate with OEM teams, and document activities for traceability and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Install, configure, and support Fortinet Firewalls in customer environments.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain FortiAnalyzer, FortiManager, Fortinet SD-WAN and switches.
• Perform implementations, migrations, upgrades, health checks and troubleshooting of Fortinet solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite/remote installation, configuration and support to customers in Pune.
• Diagnose and resolve network security incidents with minimal service disruption.
• Document implementations, configurations and support cases for internal teams.

• Relevant certifications such as NSE/FCP, CCNA, or equivalent certifications are an added advantage.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel within Pune and nearby locations as required.
