Job summary

Secure Network Solutions India Pvt Ltd in Pune is seeking a skilled network security professional to install, configure, and support Fortinet Firewalls across customer environments. You will deploy FortiAnalyzer, FortiManager, Fortinet SD-WAN and Fortinet Switches, while handling migrations, upgrades, health checks and swift troubleshooting.

The role entails onsite/remote support and close collaboration with customers to ensure robust security postures.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Fortinet firewall deployment and support.
• Experience with Fortinet SD-WAN, FortiAnalyzer and FortiManager.
• Proficiency with Check Point or Palo Alto security solutions.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support Fortinet Firewalls in customer environments.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain:
  • FortiAnalyzer
  • FortiManager
  • Fortinet SD-WAN
  • Fortinet Switches
• Perform implementation, migration, upgrades, health checks, and troubleshooting of Fortinet solutions.
• Provide onsite/remote installation, configuration, and technical support to customers across Pune.
• Diagnose and resolve network security incidents while ensuring minimal service disruption.
• Work closely with customers to understand requirements and provide technical recommendations.
• Document implementation activities, configurations, and support cases.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams and OEM support for complex issues.
• Stay updated with the latest Fortinet technologies, security trends, and best practices.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Hands-on experience with Check Point or Palo Alto Networks security solutions.
• Relevant certifications such as NSE/FCP, CCNA, or equivalent certifications are an added advantage.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel within Pune and nearby locations as required.
