Job summary

SNS India is a leading cybersecurity company seeking a Network Security Engineer to install, configure, and troubleshoot network security and switching solutions. The role involves direct customer interactions in Kannada and requires strong networking knowledge and problem-solving skills.

You will diagnose issues, perform health checks, and coordinate with customers and internal teams to deliver timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Electronics or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as Fortinet NSE/FCP or Check Point are an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory due to regular customer interactions.
• Willingness to travel locally for customer support activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and security issues.
• Perform routine health checks, monitoring, and maintenance of network devices.
