Job summary

Secure Network Solutions India Pvt Ltd (SNS India) is seeking a Network Security Support Engineer skilled in FortiGate, FortiSwitch, and Check Point technologies. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot network security solutions across customer environments, ensuring smooth operations and rapid issue resolution.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, Kannada proficiency for customer interactions, and willingness to travel locally for on-site support when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as Fortinet NSE/FCP or Check Point certifications are an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory, as the role involves regular customer interactions.
• Willingness to travel locally, if required, for customer support activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot network security and switching solutions.
• Provide technical support for customer network environments.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and security issues.
• Perform routine health checks, monitoring, and maintenance of network devices.
• Coordinate with customers to understand requirements and provide timely resolutions.
• Document technical issues, configurations, and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and support.
• Good hands-on experience with FortiGate, FortiSwitch, or Check Point technologies.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, and firewall concepts.
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
