This role involves developing acomprehensive network expansion strategy, identifying and selecting new dealerspartners, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance dealerperformance. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in growing thecompany’s footprint and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop andexecute a strategic plan for network expansion aligned with company growthtargets.
• Analyze marketopportunities, competition, and demand to identify ideal locations for newdealerships.
• Work with theexecutive team to set network expansion goals, budgets, and timelines.

2. Dealer Identification andSelection:

• Conduct thoroughmarket research to identify potential dealer partners who match the company’svalues and standards.
• Establishcriteria for dealer selection, evaluating them based on financial stability,market presence, infrastructure, and capabilities.
• Maintain a steadypipeline of dealership prospects, ensuring ongoing opportunities for expansion.

3. Dealer Development andManagement:

• Collaborate withsales, marketing, and operations teams to create dealer development programs,training, and incentive schemes.
• Provide dealerswith the support and guidance needed to achieve sales targets, improve customersatisfaction, and execute effective marketing strategies.

4. Relationship Building

• Serve as theprimary point of contact for dealers, addressing concerns, feedback, andexploring business development opportunities.
• Collaborate withdealers on joint marketing campaigns, promotional activities, andbrand-building initiatives.
• Stay up to dateon industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identifyopportunities and mitigate risks.
• Conduct marketvisits and gather customer feedback, sharing insights with product developmentand marketing teams to inform product improvements and launches.
